Belarus Investment Forum will take place in
London on
November 16-19, 2008. It’s expected that top officials of the Republic of Belarus, representatives of the state
institutions and organizations will attend the Forum, as well as representatives
of foreign organizations operating in our country. Representatives of top
managers of investment, consulting companies, banking organizations, and
companies representing real sector of foreign economies will also participate in
the Forum.
The Forum’s primary objectives are to
present investment opportunities of the republic, to attract prospective
business partners and investors, to support positive image of
Belarus abroad.
The Forum will provide terms for open
discussion between authoritative businessmen and politics of the Republic of Belarus and representatives of
international financial and business elite.
Representatives of large foreign business
will share with other participants their experience of carrying out business
activities in Belarus.
Several subject sections will be held in the
frames of the Forum: “Industry, Petrochemical Complex and Power Engineering”,
“Financial Markets and Institutions Development”, “Agroindustrial Complex, Food
and Light Industries”, “Regions, Free Economic Zones, Small and Medium
Business”.
